2.7 Mile A short route around andover, using well lit roads
3 Mile A 3 mile fun run for sport relief around the athletics track & charlton playing field & lakes
3 Mile Pants in the park, charity fun run. starting at the athletics track, make your way down to charlton playing fields and onto foxcotte lakes. back towards the track, via the cycleway. round for a second lap and then back onto the track to finish!
3.75 Mile A mixed route on footpaths, roads and off road sections, from the peugeot garage on weyhill road to rooksbury mill. a few drags, but no real hills to speak of. different start / finish locations.
4 Mile A 4 mile route from charlton athletics track
4.25 Mile This 4.25 mile route is on quiet country lanes on a loop out to Hatherden and back, with a few gentle hills. Starting and finishing at the Hare and Hounds pub on Charlton Down.
4.75 Mile The tidworth triathlon run route. a hilly course to perham down, across somme road & back to tidworth
4.84 Mile Start at the Royal Oak in Goodworth Clatword, a flat, scenic mixed terrain run using a mixture of footpaths and a few village roads. Follows the river anton back to andover and takes in rooksbury mill park and watermills park.
5 1/4 Mile A well lit run from the athletics track, using footpaths and roads.
5 1/4 Mile A well lit town run using footpaths and roads starting and finishing at the athletics track. includes a couple of hills.
5 1/2 Mile A 5 1/2 miler from charlton athletics track. mainly on road, but a couple of off road sections
5 1/2 Mile An undulating run from the royal oak @ goodworth clatford. Follows the river anton south, before cutting across to wherwell. from there head north to new barn, before returning to clatford via the outskirts of harewood forest and the hampshire golf course.
5 3/4 Mile This 5.75 mile route is also on quiet country lanes with a nice fast down hill start from the Cricketers Arms pub in Tangley all the way down to Hatherden, across to Wildhern and then its a gentle climb back up to Pill Heath and across back to the pub!
5.8 Mile A 5.8 mile loop round well lit town roads. includes a couple of small hills.
6 Mile Around well lit roads / footpaths, taking in a few hills too. starts and finishes by the athletics track.
6 Mile A well lit route around town, taking advantage of several footpaths in addition to the major town roads
6.1 Mile A 6.1 miler from charlton athletics track, mainly on roads but with a few off road sections
7.5 Mile A 7.5 mile off road route starting at the lay-by on the middleway. the run uses farmland tracks, footpaths and wood sections. a mixture of terrain, some gradients with a couple of long drags and hills. plenty of options to lengthen the route too. remains useable for much of the year, but be prepared for mud and water in places....especially near sugar lane!

17 Mile A short , fairly flat route, ideal for an evening spin from behind the bikeshed. back way out to ludgershall, then down to kimpton & throuxton, before heading back through amport & monxton
20 Mile A reasonably hilly ride from behind the bikeshed, on quiet, scenic roads. wildhern, upton, linkenholt, hurstbourne tarrant, stoke, smannell & back.
23.5 Mile A fairly flat route from behind the bikeshed, which stays local to andover allowing many cut offs. Out through Penton & redenham to ludgershall, out to thruxton, quarley, gratley, monxton, back out to thruxton, weyhill & back past penton to the shop
25 Mile First thursday evening ride of the season (2009). a fairly flat route from behind the bike shed. through monxton to grately. down to wallop, across to broughton, up to stockbridge and back past danebury, redrice and upper clatford.
25 Mile An undulating route with a flat middle section. from the bikeshed to rugby club & onto A343. straight over & up stoke hill. turn right half way up and join the other road to st. mary bourne and then left at the junction to get back to stoke. follow the valley road to hurstbourne tarrant, upton and towards vernham dean. take the left which cuts across the hill to the top of connault hill. right along the causeway and then left to chute, clanville, weyhill and then back to the shop through penton
27.5 Mile An undulating / hilly route to the north of andover. from the shop up to wildhern & down to upton. across & up to linkenholt & back down to vernham dean. along the valley for a while then turn right up the hill towards buttermere. follow past the airfield and then drop back down to fosbury. along the vally again to oxenwood, then turn left up the hill back towards andover.along chute causeway, then turn right and return through chute, clanville, weyhill and penton
29 Mile A fairly flat ride, skirting the villages of andover, but never straying too far away....ideal if the weather is iffy!

30 Mile A fairly undulating ride on quiet conntry lanes from behind the bikeshed. from the shop head up the hill to wildhern and over to upton. turn right down the valley to st. marybourns and then take a left to binley / egbury and eventually make your way to whitchurch. return to andover via tufton, longparish and up the middleway.
31 Mile An undulating route from behind the bikeshed to the east & south of andover. take the whitchurch road out of andover and then turn right onto the middleway. into longparish and then turn right to barton stacey. straight on to meet the A30, then turn right and then left onto the A272. turn right to crawley. right at the duckpond and follow to meet the B3049. turn right and then first left towards kings sombourne. in kings sombourne head north towards andover and then first left to go up cow drove hill and follow back to stockbridge. turn left at the roundabout, along the high street and then turn right at the river, to head back to andover through longstock, goodworth and upper clatford.
31 Mile A reasonably flatish route with only an odd climb. from behind the bikeshed, head out to penton and then go the back way to ludgershall. from there through fyfield to thruxton, amport & then monxton. take the small road to wards wallop airfield. take the danebury road towards stockbridge. in stockbridge head back to longstock, down to fullerton across to wherwell and then back through the clatfords.
31.5 Mile An undulating route, that stays close to andover, meaning cut offs are easily possible. includes a few hills, but several flat sections too
32 Mile An undulating, but not hilly ride, taking in longparish, barton stacey, bullington, outskirts of winchester, crawley, leckford and returning through chilbolton, wherwell & the clatfords
33 Mile A reasonably flat route, with a few undulations. from the shop, through town to the middleway, into longparish. Past vale farm fishery to tufton and whitchurch. Past testbourne school to the A30, micheldever station and onto micheldever. Turn right to stoke charity and cut through hunton to bullington. Barton stacey, onto chilbolton & wherwell and return through goodworth and upper clatford
33 Mile A scenic, undulating route, including an interesting off road section through the woods at little london (could be missed out)! from behind the bikeshed, head out towards smannell & little london for the detour through the woods.up stoke hill & over to binley and then on to whitchurch. From there return to longparish via tufton and then home through, wherwell, fullerton & the clatfords
33 Mile From behind the bikeshed to penton, appleshaw, and onto ludgershall via crawlboys lane. From ludgershall take the main road to tidworth. At the T junction take a left into the centre then a right before the lights onto bulford road. follow to bulford camp, complete a loop around the camp before retracing your steps to tidworth. This time straight across at the lights towards perham down. at shoddesden take a right through kimpton to thruxton, onto amprot, monxton and then back to andover & the shop
35 Mile A route with a hilly start and flatter towards the end. from the shop to wildhern, upton, linkenholt, coombe, faccombe, hurstbourne tarrant, stoke, st. marybourne, hurstbourne priors, longparish, wherwell, goodworth clatford, upper clatford and back to the shop
35 Mile A fairly undulating route, with few flat sections, but also few major hills.from andover, head out through the clatfords to wherwell, chilbolton and then on to barton stacey. keep heading east to bullington and then to stoke charity. turn right to head south towards winchester as far as kingsworthy. turn right again to headbourne worthy and then right again towards andover to bring you up to the roundabout on the northern side of winchester. head towards littleton, turn right to crawley and then cut through to leckford before returning to andover via the clatfords
35 Mile An undulating route taking in stoke, binley, whitchurch, towards kingsclere, overton, whitchurch, tufton, logparish & back via the middleway
35.5 Mile An undulating route from Behind the Bikeshed. through the clatford's, wherwell, chilbolton and down the A272 to kingsworthy roundabout. Littleton, sparsholt, kings sombourne, stockbridge, through longstock and the clatford's back to the shop
36 Mile A mixed route (flat / a few undulations) to the south & west of andover. follows the river test through clatford, stockbridge & houghton to mottisfont and returns through tytherley nether wallop, middle wallop, grately & monxton
36 Mile An undulating / hilly route from behind the bikeshed. no major hills, but lots of small ones. from the shop to upper clatford, redrice, danebury, stockbridge, up sombourne, ashley, farley mount, winchester, littleton, crawley leckford, goodworth clatford, upper clatford and back to the shop
37 Mile A ride from behind the bikeshed with a fairly hilly start, a flat section two thirds of the way round and hills to finish. From the shop head up to chute causeway through tangly. turn left at the top and follow round and down to oxenwood. Left at the bottom to marten and hit the hungerford / burbage road. Left then first right and then perform a scenic loop past wilton windmills, the kennett & avon canal & the crofton beam engines. when you hit the main road again take a left back to marten and then retrace your steps to oxenwood. Follow the valley road through vernham dean, upton, hurstbourne tarrant & stoke to st marybourne. take a right at the monument ane follow back to andover via smannell.
37 Mile A undulating, but not hilly ride from behind the bikeshed taking in st, mary bourne, whitchurch, micheldever station, micheldever, stoke charity, barton stacey, chilbolton, wherwell & returning through the clatfords to the shop.
37 Mile A 37 miler following the river anton / test. through red rice to stockbridge & down to mottisfont. fairly flat through this section. a hilly next 5 miles or so to braishfield and then drop into kings sombourne. back to stockbridge and return through the clatfords.
38 Mile A 38 mile ride taking in some of salisbury plain
39 Mile A reasonably hilly route to the east & north of andover from behind the bikeshed. out to st. mary bourne via picket piece. onto whitchurch via the harrowway, past overton rugby club & drop down to laverstoke. onto overton on the main basingstoke road. left at the lihghts up to kingsclere. head west to ecchinschwell & then back to sydmonton, over watership down & back to whitchurch. back to st. marybourne, then turn left to longparish & return to andover vis the middleway
39 Mile An undulating ride form behind the bikeshed. up to the rugby club & onto the A343. stright over towards smannel & then up stoke hill to stoke. staight over to binley & then on to the top end of whitchurch. head towards the town centre, then turn left & then right past overton rugby club and continue into laverstoke. take a right towards micheldever...go through micheldever station and onto micheldever. right in the village towards stoke charity. here take a right to hunton & cut through back to the sutton scotney road. straight over to barton stacey. turn right at the church, past dever springs fishery & continue to longparish. turn left in the village and then take the middleway back to andover...through the town & back to the shop
39 Mile A route through ludgershall, to tidworth, amesbury, south towards salisbury, then back to andover through cholderton, grateley & monxton. Uses some main roads, so not traffic free
50 Mile A fairly hilly 50 miler taking in the villages to the north east of andover. from behind the bikeshed to st. mary bourne, whitchurch, over watership down to sydmonton, burchlere, newtown, adbury, ecchinswell, kingsclere, hannington, north oakley, ashe, overton, whitchurch, smannell, upper enham and back to the shop
50 Mile An undulating and scenic route from behind the bikeshed. monxton, middle wallop, behind the airfield to nether wallop, west dean, east dean, lockerley, awbridge, timsbury, braishfield, kings sombourne, ashley, up sombourne, leckford, fullerton, wherwell, longparish up the middleway back to andover & return to the shop
50 Mile The club's december 50 miler. Starting from Ellingham Water ski lake (same venue as the new forest triathlon). A scenic route through the forest, using a mixture of the quiter roads and the more major forest roads. Taking in Brokenhurst, Beauleiu, Lyndhurst...so plenty of opportunity for cafe stops
50 Mile An undulating route to the north west of andover, taking in some of salisbury plain. back roads out to ludgershall via penton mewsey, appleshaw etc and then onto tidworth. out to bulford and then follow the back roads north, alongside the river avon to upavon. take the road to pewsey. on the approach to pewsey turn right towards everleigh, take in the big climb past the white horse and onto everleigh. follow back to ludgershall and then take the village roads through kimpton, fyfield and weyhill before heading back to the shop
50 Mile The club 50 miler. starting from ellingham lakes, nr ringwood (new forest tri venue), then head south towards ringwood. pick up the B3347 and head south to sopley and winkton. turn east to bransgore, then on to holmsley, head noth east on the A35 for about a mile before turning right to tiptoe and sway. pick up the B3055 to brokenhurst. turn east towards hatchett pond and beauleiu on the B3055, then take the B3056 north west to lyndhurst.in lyndhurst, follow the one way system round and then head south west on the A35 to pich up the boulderwood / rhinefield drive intersection. turn right and head north west towards the deer sanctuary. head under the A31, then veer left towards linwood and follow back to ellingham
50 Mile A mixed route with a hilly start & finish but with a flat middle section. starting at behind the bikeshed, st mary bourne, whitchurch, sydmonton, old burchlere, burchlere, penwood, ball end, kintbury, hungerford, ham, vernham dean, tangley, hatherden & back to the shop
50 Mile An almost 50 miler from behind the bikeshed. An undulating to hilly first half which is easier towards the end. from andover, through the clatfords & past the mayfly to leckford. left and cut through towards crawley. sparsholt, out towards olivers battery, hursley, ampfield, crampmoor, then head north towards timsbury. pick up the main andover - stockbridge road and follow to the mottisfont turn off. left turn, up to houghton & stockbridge. left up bottom lane then right to danebury. follow back to red rice. abbots ann, monxton, weyhill and back through penton to the bikeshed
50 Mile An undulating 49 mile ride. out through the clatford's to leckford. left turn & cut through to crawley and head across to headbourne worthy & kingsworthy. pass under the A34 & M3 & follow the river valley east through easton, avington and across to arlesford. head north through old arlesford to northington. left turn and then head north to east stratton. pass under the M3 and take in micheldever, stoke charity, bullington, barton stacey, longparish on the way back to andover
50 Mile A scenic & undulating (not hilly) 56 miler from Behind the Bikeshed. taking in st, mary bourne, whitchurch, overton, oakley, dummer, axford, the candover\'s, micheldever, wonston, barton stacey, longparish & back to andover
51 Mile An undulating & somewhat hilly route from behind the bikeshed...taking in st. mary bourne, whitchurch, over watership down, sydmonton, burchlere, woolton hill, kintbury, hungerford, little bedwyn, great bedwyn, oxenwood, chute, clanville, penton mewsey and return to charlton and the shop
51 Mile An undulating route that works its way down towards romsey, across to winchester and then back
